Candidates must possess the following qualifications in order to be chosen for Undergraduate EU Scholarships:
- These grants are only available to applicants from the EU who are billed as foreign students.
- All applicants must provide their own funding.
- In 2022–2023, applicants must begin their first year of an undergraduate degree program at the University of Essex.
